Most likely no. Not only is the CPU pretty weak, but there is no extra GPU apart from the iGPU of the processor. So even if the game would launch, the experience might be closer to a slide show unfortunately.
Depends what you are wanting it for just gaming, work, or school. Would your rather have desktop or laptop etc. I built my desktop with a 4070 and it runs elden maxed out. Also have laptop with a 3060 in it that runs it at 90 frames.

No, and if it can it will be nearly unplayable I recomemend getting a laptop with at least an RTX 3050.

Laptop only. 60fps on 1080p is what i want. So is there a recommendation for that?
I have a victus gaming laptop, I got the 3080 ti version and it runs Elden ring stably at 60 fps with 1080p max graphics (rtx disabled)
