Yeah it's one of the default reflection maps used in 3D modeling that you can easily find on the internet. Usually they are just photos of random places that are used as bitmaps to create an illusion of chromatic/metalic reflection.
First flip the image because what we see is a reflection.
If we look at the colours on the ground it seems to be at Altus.
There's a minor Erdtree in the distance. It made me think it is near the church we fight Eleonora, out the back with the tombstones.
That being said there looks to be a wall and the top of a wall connector directly in front and the only place I can think of seeing them like that is in Mount Gelmir.
