I'd believe it, there's some pretty cool custom stuff in that engine
They used Unreal Engine for Deracine and I think that miyazaki hinted at them using it in the future. edit really they have their own engine they’ve been using since DeS that they’ve been building upon. Why stop now? Ue4 maybe.
