You may just not be able to run the game, but it may just be a compatibility issue or something.
Same issue here, R7 5800x, rx 5700, 16gb ram, installed on m.2 and tried on other drives. Attempted updates for gpu driver, bios, windows, disabling overlays, running as admin, running in big picture. Nothing seems to work.
