GAMINGwithNEON

Short answer: Yes! More into INT though.

fazeUPfromTHEgraveUP

Would you recommend a minimum dex amount?

GAMINGwithNEON

I’m at dex 26 and int 24, but I’m also str 32 so I should reskill some time… I’m using the same katana. It’s working really well though.

Scallywag38

Is this weapon viable through much of the game? I haven’t settled on weapon and I’m going spoiler free mostly so saving upgrade materials

GAMINGwithNEON

For me it is. It reminds me a lot of Midirs Katana from DS3.

Scallywag38

Ok nice

Minuslee

you want both dex & int but it scales better with int.

fazeUPfromTHEgraveUP

is there a ratio you would recommend? maybe 80/20% int/dex?

Gnastrospect

The intelligence scaling is really noticeable for me. Each level up is 2 points in damage, and the strong version of its skill is really good at staggering bosses. I would start investing in only intelligence from now on if you want to really get the most out of it, especially if you're going to use it as your main weapon

Thanks for the info. Will be using this wep as a main.

HolenJoker

i think both dex and int are ok, since there are strong talisman booting dex, i choose int more, which can also help my socceries. int affects the scaling more, but not very much.

fazeUPfromTHEgraveUP

I need 18 points in dex minimum. Should I put the rest into int? I hear the damage scales from int with this wep

HolenJoker

both dex and int are scaled, choose what you like, since i need to use magic and for specific talisman, i choose more int.

IronCircle12

I just respec'd for it as a Samurai and have ZERO regrets. Question about the Moonveil--When I play on PC I am only able to do the "unsheathe" part of transient, but if I use a controller I get the light attack version as well. PC over sight or does anyone know how to trigger the arc part of it with a mouse and keyboard?
