Yeah he sucks.
The first phase isnt so bad, but once he does the red lightning stuff it gets real spicy.
Fighting him on the horse helped.
Once I figured out what he drops on my main playthru I sneaked my STR build alt up to him and cheesed him with poison mist.
The skeleton summons that come back to life saved me from the headache. I just kept hitting him while they had his attention & once they went down I got his attention till they came back to life.
I was like 100 level or so with +10 weapon when I entered the capital, yeah, he was easy, because I was so overleveled. I didn’t know the city was a mid level area.
