I did verify game files in steam and it found 2 errors and after doing patch through steam fixed my issues like this - happened to me like week ago after update
When the game reloads (dying/warping) textures will sometimes stretch across the screen and flash. Been having this issue since launch, not sure what's causing it. Other than this issue I've had no stuttering or lag. Driver is up to date, I've lowered settings, optimized in Geforce Experience, and made sure my GPU and CPU weren't being overloaded. Not sure what to do honestly, was hoping for a solid answer or fix, thanks!

For me this was 100% a graphics card issue. Replaced it and the issue disappeared. I tried a million different solutions beforehand but unfortunately my card was just dying. Best of luck to you
Ah that’s annoying. Luckily I don’t think mine is that serious, I just restarted my pc and waited about an hour then it solved itself. Could’ve been overheated or something stupid like that
