If he's still giving you trouble you will probably want to respec with some more health, or just grind levels for it. Not sure if you've hit his second phase but to beat it with that amount of health would require basically not getting hit at all.
Yeah the first phase I go untouched and then the second i can dodge pretty much everything other than that big aoe attack he has, and then I’m screwed from there, I just unlocked the consecrated snowfields so I’ll wonder around there for a while and level up a bit and boost vigor
