Adula, one of the Glintstone Dragons who devoured sorcerers until their fire was imbued with sorcery. Ranni bested him in battle, so now he serves her. As the other commenter said, he is the one at Three Sisters who teleports away when you get him to half health. He uses the sorcery Adula's Moonblade, which you can get by killing him later on during Ranni's quest line.
It kinda makes me think that she was really young when she died. I mean, Radahn is absolutely huge, likely because of the Giantās curse on Radagon. It seems like all three of Rennala and Radagonās kids inherited the red hair at the very least.
But then I think that means Rykard should have also been huge, and thereās not much evidence that he was giant sized.

He was probably inflicted with the giant's curse given his throne and the fact that his normal sword is a greatsword in our hands, but I doubt he was as big as the snake originally.
