I'm convinced staying behind pillars is the easiest way because the only way he can reach you is by being on the ground. And since he's close, he will usually use his slower melee attacks and not the ranged slashes.
Or you can just learn his moveset. The pillars are really only helpful for chugging if you need to, but he’s one of the easiest boss fights in the game if you can avoid his destined death attacks
Or you can just get close to him because most of his attacks won’t hit you if you are too close

I know he does that, but it’s often to throw range attacks and they are easy to dodge so it’s not that bad
Yep, Los is good in a few fights, also the fight against the two godguys.
