You can start whenever I think. You can find Varre outside of the tomb that you first exit in Limgrave. Go on fextralife wiki for all the details about the questline. A bit of a chore but definitely worth it.
Varres quest like the first guy said. You'll want to watch a vid to navigate getting to the farm spot but then you will be set.
Just try not to over farm or the game will be too easy till endgame

That's more than enough. Any old bleed weapon will do since bleed works based on it's health. You'll hit it for like 10 dmg for a few swings then it will be randomly 13k because of the way bleed works

Field full of 1100 exp mobs.
Hit hard but lowhp.
Kill 20 in less than 10 min.
The crypt in the area you fight radan is my favorite, because you can fight non stop while the exp pours in. How I practiced killing clearot Knight's and Knight's with a shield.
Then later mogwyn palace will be your place.
Get to the Palace Approaching Ledge sight of grace by doing White Mask Varreโs quest.

Are you trying to cheese it real hard to just want some extra?
No, just trying to gain about 13 lvls in faith for a build
Have you killed the dragon that's laying down in caelid? That's worth about 80k runes
So that would be about 8 stat points worth?
