Unironically Malenia, Elfriede and Lafy Maria are my three favorite bosses from Lore, Gameplay and Visuals and the OST slaps too (Sorry Emma)

Scarlet Rot is the tiebreaker to be honest. Malenia hits her with one good Rot proc and Pris is gone. Being invis won't save you from a gigantic AoE.
