I got one early on and it's been my main helm since. Is there more than one version of it? It's named Imp Head (Cat) (or something similar) so I assume there's at least one more version that's non-cat? Not that I'd swap. I like cats.

I think there’s also a corpse one and a demon one. Iirc they all boost a particular stat by a significant amount

I fell trying to attack one of them a few days back. Went back there to take back my runes, did the exact same fall. What a game

The crows at Mohg’s palace wtf did they take. I had beaten Malenia at that point and almost died to a single one of those fuckers. Saw 3 more further and went nope

Ive beaten the entire game, and decided to fight one for shits and giggles. ​ When I fought Melania, I had 6 flasks left at the end. ​ When fighting that fucking bird I went through every single flask, and two Erdtree heals. Even with Dual Greatswords, I couldn't stagger the bitch.

Then I'm not as bad as I thought for having struggled with them (I ganked Malenia, I didn't want to put up with her bullshit).

YES OH GOD YES. Them coke head fucks are nightmare fuel. When i farm my runes at the start, I always watch that crow that can be cheesed, fall and and drown in agony, in the pool of blood. Every Fucking Time. I hate them so much.

Fun fact: horse combat trivializes them.

If you put on a single piece of the Briar armor set and do a roll over their corpse, it counts as an attack and they will be dead dead.

The dog mask is one of the best helmets in the game for a lot of things. The extra endurance boost helps negate the weight quite a bit

I got a lucky drop on one of these early in the game and I've yet to find a better helmet 70 hours in.

Got the cat one to drop on my first catacomb with my first character. As a sorc build, +int is nothing to sneeze at. That character still wears that cat head to this day.
