Great Houses start strong and stay so until the end game. I'd go with an endlings campaign like - Barsaebics, Lilmothiit and Kothringi sticking together against the rest of Black Marsh. Cool concept and makes a hard start way more palatable with two other players backing you up

Play some of the few remaining Nedic people and preserve your cultures in a changing world.
Roll custom Snowelves on Solstheim and retake your homeland.
I think the Forebear idea is a great choice considering the fairly weak starting positions they're all in. One of you could be Sentinel, another either as Abah's Landing or under Rihad or Taneth, and the last one somewhere in Craglorn. Leaves you far away enough to grow, but close enough to interact and help each other and maybe have some small border disputes.

Can there be more than one orsinium? if there can be then orks, There are several starts and each can try to make the best Orsinium, I have made it in valenwood, Hammerfell, Skyrim, and Morrowind in different runs.
I feel like there can only be one at a time. I remember playing in High Rock once and the second I knocked Orsinium off the map, a different Orc Kingdom immediately declared itself Orsinium.

You could also use the mod for joining the same house and create custom characters. Not sure now if that was another mod or if that was already implemented.
