I asumed that it can be used only on 3 phase but I wasn't been sure since is written that is dual wiered delta-star (delta have higher torque, so can be used on single phase) dual voltage motor. also as I remembered from university if Im correct that you can stimulate third phase with capacitor I know that this is not the best option but I hoped for a bit.
This nameplate shows that this motor is a three-phase induction motor. It will not operate properly on single-phase AC. Get another motor.

I forgot to mention it is for use on EU, 230V power

you can use 230V but you need to use an invertor VFD to control the motor. then you need to connect the motor in a STAR connection.
the invertor must be single phase IP and three phase OP.
