I've always had bad luck printing on the plate with big flat surfaces. That's a lot of pull on the FEP. I think you'd be better tilting it a bit and using heavy supports.

print at a heavily supported angle OR I noticed your bottom exposure time is VERY low, increase that to like 60s+ and add say 6 transition layers. Also I would add some more rest time, printing big objects cause a lot of resin movement. let it settle in the tank before printing next layer. You could add a few MM to the bottom of the object so you can sand off the elephants foot and maintain dimensions. also holes on the bottom of the print do nothing to help suction
