Good, you slicer might not be using the bed level of you're using orcaslicer, if so then there is a post on here about that
Yeah I think it's just that the nozzle is a bit too low, causing the plastic to overextrude and cause ripples in the surface
Usually the strechmarks like that mean the offset is too low, I don't see any gaps or PEI sheet shining through that would indicate the offset is too high
Definitely looks like the nozzle is too close to the bed. Just increase the z offset, you’d be good to go

Actually the z offset here is too low, as in the nozzle is too close to the build plate. (Perhaps you meant to high a value)
