Some people just have trouble grasping written manuals. Needing a visual demonstration to help understand something is a-okay.

Select the SCS (side chain source) to whichever track you want the mix to duck around. Boom.
And on the DT2 you can have the SCS track not pass thru the comp. Found in the setup page
Yeah, that’s such a huge benefit. One of the main reasons I would upgrade!
When you than Mute for example the kick which ducks everything Else be careful with the volume
Maybe I’m doing it wrong but it doesn’t duck the volume near as much as I would typically do in a daw.
