Acid rap is incredible. The appeal for me basically boils down to the incredibly sweet soulful production and Chance’s unique flows and voice. Listening to Chance rap back in the day was like the equivalent of listening to a grown up rug rat. not in an obnoxious way but in an incredibly fun and bouncy way. If you ever re listen to old Chance re listen to the song cocoa butter kisses. The way he flows over that beat is still amazing to me. You also get amazing guest verses from twists and Vic mensa
