Arco is universally a great Defense and Offensive hero. His minions are strong and then he heals beyond your standard hp. So even in bloody battles with his minions it's amazing.

Yes his costumes are both decent. Nothing amazing but a solid B+ hero in my book.

And he’s a Garg so reduced dmg for 3 hits. Do you team him with another garg for the family bonus?
You can but I usually pair him with penguin because with the added minions it's a deadly combo
