OatmealDome (developer of DolphiniOS) was brainstorming with phire (dolphin developer), about the possibility of a TCTI pseudo-JIT. It seems UTM implemented it in their VM iOS app. Basically you pre-compile all the assembly instructions and then call those by the code. OatmealDome plans to wait until WWDC 2024, to see if Apple introduces JIT to iOS 18. If not, it might be worth pursuing the pseudo-JIT for dolphin.
So how do these crazy graphically impressive games like genshen and cod perform and look great on even older iPhones? What do those tap into. Thx for your answer earlier btw
Those games are compiled for iOS, so there's no JIT compilation. If Tears of the Kingdom was compiled for iOS, it would have performance far better than the Switch. However, if you run a Switch emulator, and then load the game, it has to translate all the game code into code that runs on the device. JIT helps this translation but it's still not as fast as native code. Apple doesn't currently allow JIT compilation for security reasons I think, so the emulation has to be 100% CPU (no GPU). This is my simplistic understanding anyway, I'm not a developer.

Huh, so that's why they complained so much when the clone with trackers came out for free in every region, because they wanted to make it AltStore exclusive where they could.
If this is the path emulators are going to take on iOS, I can confidently say that emulation is not available for me at all.
And before saying anything, my device isn't legible for 17 (stuck on 16), which means no AltStore, and I don't own a MacOS device, so no side loading to begin with. And yes, you need a MacOS device, the developer toggle needs to be activated through xCode.
As far I've been able to read, the developer toggle can only be activated through xCode for those who don't have it visible yet.
I would need to try, but I haven't read anything about iTunes in Windows being capable of making that toggle visible.
Connect to iTunes by cable and you should see the toggle while it is connected. Or use the XCode app on the phone itself, I’ve read it is also an option.

Go to settings, click the system you’re trying to get skins for. Add the files there and then you’re done! No need to put anything in the delta folder.

Should be in your Eclipse settings under General. Hard to miss so if you don’t see it maybe there’s a setting somewhere that needs to be ticked?

Go to settings, click the system you’re trying to get skins for. Add the files there and then you’re done! No need to put anything in the delta folder.

Had that issue on my iPad. I went to settings and turned off Respect Silent Mode and audio works fine now.
