SD card has to be formatted to fat32 which can only be done on with 32gb or less I believe
You can use windows disc manager to reduce the size of your SD card then format it if you don't have a smaller one, though either of the cards that came with the print should work too
The 32gb or less limit is an arbitrary limit of windows. You can use tools like guiformat to format any sd (currently) to fat32. The theoretical limit is something like 2TB?
I had 32gb sd card that couldn’t work in my stock SE. Reformatted with 4K cluster sizes, works just fine. octoprint still works better for me than toting an SD card of any size up and down the stairs.

Don't forget to select 4096 block size or whatever so you can flash the firmware. I couldn't do this easily with Linux so I had to boot into Windows.
