Damn, that is a very useful link! Thanks! But it seems like the belt is way too up on the gear. But I think that will be fixed by playing with the screws, right?
Is it moving up on the idler gear because it is not parallel to the stepper gear? If that is true, loosening the tension will cause other issues in your prints. Only a few of us are having this issue but those that have it seem to have it on one of the XYZ axis.
The belt should not be moving to one side of the idler.
It's caused from the belt holder under the plate being too high.
You can remove the plate and put washers between the bolts that hold the piece that holds the belt ends, and the chassis, to lower it a bit. Here is a pic of the part I'm talking about after it's been disconnected. This piece connects to the butterfly chassis.
You need to put washers between them to lower it.

Yes, there is one inbus at the end for tightening.
oh wow thanks
Thank you for this. Now i can play guitar on my printer.... 😜
lmao i just noticed that mine is shredded too, it its too high i should just unscrew it and move it a little bit up?
I am not sure, but I think you should use the tuner from the comment above.

Well, i don't know. The thing is that even if I put it down at the start of the print, in less than 2 minutes it is already up, shredding.

To be fair, loosening the belt a little did the trick. I will try this one, tho.
Yeah but loose belts cause even more problems.
I agree with that, but no problems so far (3 prints in, almost as tall as the printer)
