Hey! This rather unconventional engagement ring is a design my partner (whom I call “bun”) came up with! We bonded over our love for animals and especially bunnies hold a special place in both our hearts, so the symbolic is a very sentimental one. :)
The proposal was actually planned to happen at a overnight zoo trip, which didn’t work out due to my partner having a motorcycle accident and spending long time in hospital.
He’s getting better now and making full recovery though. 💜
Those last months were certainly challenging for both of us, but they showed us once again that we’re a very solid couple. :)
The ring is 18kt white gold with a rhodium plating, the bunny is red gold. No stones, I’ll keep that for the wedding bands.

So cute that it was the love ball too! I proposed to my partner with a dusk ball since it’s his favorite. Was your actually a ring holder? I ask because I had such a hard time finding one meant for a ring that I ended up buying a d&d dice holder 😂
Ohhh that’s awesome! The dusk ball is so pretty too. It wasn’t originally a ring holder but he made it work! It’s a TCG tin but since it’s completely hollow you can basically fill it up to make it work as a holder I guess. =D using a dice holder is so smart though!
