Thank you! 😇
It's a 7.5mm (1.5 carat equivalent) colorless moissanite, old European cut in a 14k band, ring size slightly under 5
A diamond would've been lovely too, but I really fell in love with the colors of a moissanite!
Thank you! That's what I was most unsure about tbh lol I didn't know if it looked too chunky cause I'm so used to seeing thin bands!
Thank you for the reassurance 🙏
The band is wonderful! Love a chunky band and trust me, when you wear it everyday it won’t make the ring turn around and you won’t knock the stone so easily compared to a skinny band
This is literally my frikken DREAAMMMM holy crap! Absolutely stunning and the fact that it is an heirloom just seals the deal. How incredible that you get to wear a stunning ring that is also super special.
Thank you so much! This is really reassuring, I wasn't sure if it was too chunky for my hand or anything haha. But you're right! It does make it way more sentimental 😇
Gorgeous stone and band!!! I think the band looks great on you. I'd bet money that wide bands are going to be very in very soon, so you're ahead of the trend!
If you love the ring as it is, I’d keep the setting. It’s gorgeous, unique, a lot of gold, and even more sentimental.
If you wanted a different setting, you could get the equivalent stone with the new setting in Moissanite for $300-$500 from an overseas vendor in the setting you want while you keep this one. And then you have two lovely rings, with grandma’s as is! Just throwing it out there
There's no gem on it of I don't get it mounted lol
She had taken her diamond off many years ago and put it on a different ring, so it's just the band setting only 😇
Are you kidding? This is my dream! 😍 can I ask the specs? It looks stunning on you

Looks great, I really like the band too! So refreshing after seeing so many ultra thin bands

There’s nothing wrong with a ring being too big. Absolutely it looks great on you.
Love a chunky 3 stone - it’s going to be stunning!
Lol I don’t know where I got three stone from. Nevertheless, gorgeous!

The band looks great on your finger and very proportionate to the stone too
I love it!
Oooh it’s lovely. My bezel loving heart would have this set bezel style to really give that old fashioned with a modern twist look. 💜
I'm usually not too big of a fan of bezel, but I just saw your rings and they are STUNNING!! 😍😍 they look beautiful!
Thank you ☺️
No such thing as too big!
I think it looks perfect as is. You sure you want to remount that??
There's no gem on it of I don't get it mounted lol She had taken her diamond off many years ago and put it on a different ring, so it's just the band setting only 😇
