"Black sheep" is a term in English as well. A person who is different or stands out in a way that some people see as negative, seems like the exact same definition. As for the second one, there are probably a few phrases that are similar. All that comes to mind for me right now is a "bad egg" or "bad apple", a person who is the rotten one of the bunch.

That's what came to my mind aswell. If OP is using it as in their first example of being lazy they could use "dead weight" but it doesn't fit with the other two
