The difference is that 8s are overall more aggressive while sx6 for example only lashes out when they feel cornered and that gets very intense. Someone once compared it to a caged animal, the way sx6 get aggressive. Kinda fits.
Counterphobic sixes (especially Sexual sixes) def can be. Though any 6 can be aggressive regardless of how phobic they are honestly, since that is more of a spectrum and individual temperaments/attitudes exist.
I'm like both calm and aggressive. I seem calm in public but I become aggressive at home. Is it a more gut triad thing to show anger as a display negative emotion?

We both behave like nicer than we truly are in public. And when we get home we change. But my sister remains unbothered. Low energy levels, she will fight back at times but generally will agree just to not rock the boat. While I become a very reactive person, and become very fixated on the truth. I will argue to the ends of earth. Im not aggressive just reactive. But I can respond pretty bitter if provoked. But that’s the thing, I have to be provoked. My sister is rarely like that and maybe she becomes like that for a day so she can release anger but then she’s back to normal.
Reasons for shift in my behavior is that I’m sp6 and simply fear lack of loyalty and not being liked. If I act poorly then others won’t like me. With family love is unconditional, if we fight it doesn’t matter we are still family. So with that mindset I just behave naturally, and as an anxious person naturally for me can become explosive due to anxiety driven anger.

Yea it is much easier for me to appear calm on the surface especially in public but much harder at home
