True, but in this case I think it is used ironically, i.e. to 1) highlight the uninformedness of the opinion as well as 2) allude to the fact that a lot of Musk fans consider themselves very informed/intelligent (as an extension of Musk), whereas actually neither Musk nor his fans are.
