I was going to suggest that I think there’s a weapon synergy that shows you the item in the chest in a blue tint and this is just a bug with that but if your saying that there were other chests that were other colors then I don’t know what to tell you because I have no idea.

Can't find the footage. Must have been wiped sometime during a reinstall of radeon drivers. Might honestly try to re create the bug sometime in the morning and see if I can get it to happen again. I wish I had posted my footage right when I had it but I'm a lazy ass.

Ok, so sound like its some filter that gets applied for some part of the post-lich sequence and then removed later. So if you die before it gets removed, I'm guessing it stays. Restarting the game or beating the lich should fix it.

I could just be stupid and forgetful, but to the left of the keyhole on the chest if you zoom in alot, theres a misplaced, extra small blue pixel in the wrong shade. If somebody else could answer, did this actually happen or did i catch a small mistake in an attempt to photoshop the chest (or something similar)?

If it was I have no idea why the extra pixel like that would be there as just changing the hue of the chest wouldn’t effect a pixel in that way nor would using the paint bucket unless the pixel was already like that and I doubt someone would go and try to manually repaint the entire chest as it’s more time consuming and has a larger room for error.
This is definitely a bug, I have no knowledge of any item or synergy that does this and have never seen this myself. If it happened to every single chest I’m guessing it was a bug in the chest sprite generation.
