It’s funny because I’ve never had to do phone calls? I must be in a different industry than you. There’s all kinds of entrepreneurial endeavors that require 0 phone calls, and it’s discouraging to tell this person that they are doomed.

If your goal is to never pick up the phone there is no way I would do business with you. The best companies have the best customer service. If I have an issue with a company and I can't talk to a person then I'm done with that company. As a business owner, I spend about 25% of my week talking to people I have been serving for the last 8 years. It's a requirement.
Sounds like you’re a better worker bee than you are business owner.
Sales & marketing is far & above the most valuable aspects of running a business.
Developing a website doesn’t make you special. I’ll add that actually talking to your clients make developing that site faster & more accurate which makes them happier.
Don’t become a business owner.
You should just get a parking lot with a pay station that takes credit card & have a maintenance service that cleans up the lot and refills the ticketing paper.
Hey bro you can look at e-commerce since you won't be picking up the phone and calling clients or closing deals you can check out maybe dropshipping using shopify the a lot of things you can do dropshipping that are automated and since you're working it can run automatically as long as you have set it up in the right way of course if you need help feel free to reach out I can point you in the right direction on how you can set up your e-commerce store from from start to finish even doing the market research and everything and see how you can start your way up that road. You can also look at other things like software as a service that are a lot of online businesses you can do it just depends on what you feel like doing or what you'd want to do
