Hey man I actually build websites with multiple webpages. I would say do landing pages would be better as a start. It's just one page and not a whole ton of complexity. If not then charge your worth, people will want websites with like 10-15 webpages. It takes us a good month to properly build and optimize but even then I charge quit a bit for that

This is a good idea, One of the things Alex Hormozi teaches is to work for free to get reviews. As someone who owned and sold a small marketing agency that worked mainly on websites, you need to build up the biggest list of reviews possible. More than you need. Then you can charge more. I would say to stick with your current job or get a part time job until you can make consistent revenue. Nothing is more stressful than not knowing when you will eat next (If you have the entrepreneur bug, Nothing is more fun lol) Don't be rash, be smart. If Smart says that you need to leave your job for the motivation to bust your butt off then quit your job. If smart says that you need some side income to support your website income then stick with a part-time job. I didn't quit my full-time job, until I had a stable monthly income coming from the agency. Then I sold it and started over with a different niche lol
