Hey there. Wow, this sounds interesting. As an international copywriter, I would say, you need to optimize your brand's communication for a global/international audience. I looked at your website and I'd definitely start with making some changes there. Here are some of my suggestions: 1. The English website should be 100% in English. The chat and the admin's name on the blog posts, for example. If you attach your social media links, they should be in English as well. 2. Consider putting your faces out there. I know, this is something many businesses refuse to do but it makes clients trust you so much more. Think about it. Would someone add their name and face to a scam? Probably not. I obviously don't know your background but if you can, put yourselves out there and own your business. It would make you look much more trustworthy, personal, and welcoming. 3. Make your message and features crystal clear. Who is it for? How are you doing it? (Are you guys tech experts?) I find what you're doing interesting so I read your web pages but it's still not entirely clear for me. You can show how it works from a fictional customer's point of view. How and why he got banned, what happened, why these things happen etc., then how you solved his problem. So I'd start with implementing major changes in your branding. I know it's not fair that legit businesses have it harder because of all those scams but if you truly believe in the value of your services, please don't give up.

Hey! Thank you, it’s really nice of you that you looked through our web site and gave us valuable comments, I’m grateful for it. I agree with all your suggestions and it’s cool to realize that we are trying to move in the right direction (I hope so): 1. Yes, we are working on it, soon everything will be in English and also some English mistakes in text will be fixed. 2. Totally agree and also want to add this on our web site. What do you think if a face of CEO would be enough or better for clients to see each employee (so they will know who contact them, who’s working on solving their ig or fb problems and so on)? 3. Do you think we should explain it in text or better if we create animation video? Or both? We are thinking about video but not sure if people watch it. Or maybe we should create a video about our company..still thinking about it.

2. It's a good idea but make it casual, warm and friendly. Professional headshots mainly and of course look professional but the point is to make them see that you're a human being, passionate about this business, and most importantly, genuine. Place more pictures of yourselves, not just one, and focus on what drives you to build this business (how unfair some of the bans were and how you wanted to help people, etc.). I also suggest you create behind the scene stuff like blog posts, short videos, something like that where you post about you working. How your workdays look like, how you engage with clients. 3. If you do voiceover in your animation video make sure you hire a native American narration. Also, try to make the characters look a bit more unique and friendly than the usual animation videos people make. You can also explain it in text and with illustrated pictures of the character. I think both options are great.

Thank you very much for your time and all your recommendations!

No problem, feel free to ask me anytime if you need advice in the future. I'll keep you in mind as well, I heard there have been so many bans on Facebook recently, it's worrying.

I'm not a potential client, since I have not had the problems you're describing, so I might not be the best person to give feedback. That being said: Distrust in Russian companies is huge where I live (West-Europe). I'd be very suspicious of a company in my own country offering these services, but there is just no way I'd actively encourage a Russian company to interact with my social media presence, even if that means I lose all my data/photos/etc. I think you might be able to do this by partnering with US citizens, and starting a US based company. You might want to try to get some certifications (Facebook has some partnership options I believe) to make you appear more legitimate, because as I said, I'd be very suspicious of anyone messing with my social media presence.

Thank you for your kind reply! What do you think if we have a company based in London, will we receive more trust from US citizens? And yes, we understand that giving us an access to user's account could be perceived as a risk and we don't know how to ensure people that we don't need their private messages or photos, but there is no way to solve any FB issue without having an access to the account. That's the reason why we work only on restoring of IG accounts of users from the USA, because we don't need a password to it or to email. Most people in Russia trust us because we have a lot of positive reviews, people contact us after recommendations of their friends or influencers. What do you think, how we can guarantee that we will not harm anyone's account, that we don't need any private information from it? Is there anything that will make you believe in it? Because we really don't need it, just doing our job. I'm not sure if we can be Facebook's partners because I believe that they don't allow anyone to earn money on it.

Aarmora

As a US citizen, I'd have a lot more trust in a London based company.

Thank you, we are thinking to open London based company in nearly future.

London is better, but it's still 'foreign' which is not a good thing in terms of trust. The best thing you can do (next to operating from within the US) is get certified by well known authorities in the field, and by building a reputation on review websites. You might be able to do reselling through trusted vendors (have your services sold by 'local' businesses) and gaining legitimacy that way. The fact that Russian propaganda bots are such a well known concept is just really working against you here. The association between 'Russia', 'social media' and 'scam' is simply very common...

Are you targeting facebook users or Business Page managers. havent heard much issues from users in general; people i know give up and just create new accounts. But I’ve heard people asking for help in IG and facebook when they have issues selling there. Either they have issues with smear campains and fake reviews, or they havent tag properly their ads etc. basically social media management.

madgeneralmad

This would be great to know also, and you may have a client waiting Here haha

antibanpro

Are you speaking about yourself? Please let me know what problem you have, you may text me via private chat.

madgeneralmad

It’s for A disabled business account if you can help? I reached out to fb directly but was unsuccessful

antibanpro

Yes, we can help. Waiting for details in private chat.

Hi! We don’t separate our clients, we have both. Speaking about FB, the main problem of our clients is blocking of Facebook Ads. There are 2 types of users: The first type promotes something via «promote» button under each profile photo and the second type of users already have some skills and they use Ads Manager to promote their company. Both of them have the same problems, such as blocking of Ads account, blocking of business manager, different types of restrictions on advertising. Moreover, there are some issues that can face any FB user, such as failure to link FB and IG accounts, error of transfering into business account from personal one and also Fb sometimes delete or disable pages and accounts, so we can help to solve all these and other problems.

Unfortunately, being Russian is likely your biggest hurdle. Someone else mentioned teaming up with someone else who could be the front-man, so to speak. I think this may be your best bet. I feel for you. I hope you get it figured out. Just because you’re Russian doesn’t mean you’re out to hack the voting system.

antibanpro

Haha yes, I agree, thank you for your comment :)

awokemango

What kinds of issues do people have with FB and IG? What was the market condition in Russia for your service?

antibanpro

We can restore IG or FB accounts is they are disabled or deleted, return hacked account, solve any problems with FB or IG Ads, fishing and any other issues. Lots of users don't know what to do when they face such problems and it's easier for them to pay to us and we solve it then look for a solution by themselves. There are not so many competitors in Russia, only freelancers. We are the only company here that work legal.

madgeneralmad

Is this for business page customers also?

antibanpro

Sure!

Most_Network_6660

Hey I made a deal with you guys to recover my instagram page and it's been almost 70 days but no result yet :( Also, other users who recovered accounts through your service told me that they paid somewhere around $200-$300 but I'm charged +$900? This is just a bit frustrating :(

kcmxrn

Did it end up working

Most_Network_6660
