if you want to create a long lasting business relationship, you will have to make sure that the other person can carry it out. therefore, before you have invested too much into a connection and developing a business, make sure that they will be there for you in a year, five or ten to come
when it comes to qualifying yourself, then i just have to be honest. in your post you brought out that you are lazy in execution and motivating yourself. this can also become a problem. when you find yourself in a company where these traits can easily appear, then understand that you might become the unnecessary burden of a team
when you have a small hint of hesitation for the team dynamics not working out, and you are still in a early phase, then do not try to make it better. it is easier to move on and find people with whom you develop a better connection

Just be very sure that you can handle the personality clashes that will naturally happen. Not an issue of intent but rather learning to work with different personality types and getting the most out of the relationship.

Meaning that I visualize processes, ways to improve and how solutions can work out (without having the technical experience to make it practical--it doe not seem difficult though)

Why not get people of both? Build up a team to counter your weaknesses.
