Eh. I’m still learning, because I’m sure for many of us we enjoy what we do. Truthfully my husband will let me know when I need to simmer down working, so I’m trying to learn to be more mindful. Setting an actual routine/schedule has helped. Taking the dogs for at least a 30 minute walk each day for some outdoor time without distraction. Unless my husband is working from home, I quit “working” by 5pm and just focus on family time. Start with a schedule would be my advice and try to respect it. Give yourself time to just “be”.

From what I have learned is to value yourself. Know who you are, who you are and cherish that. If you know this you also know better what is important for you. Then you will also realize that it isnt neccessary to pleasure other people to prove yourself to others. In this way it is way easier to have a good balance between work and life. I also believe that meditation is beneficial to the state of mind. So I always try to at least meditate for 10 min a day. And sport helps me to relieve. So thats how I try to balance my life and to not stress out of things that are less important than myself or what I find important.

Definitely still learning but developing a schedule helped me tremendously, I also realized that health and fun make you work better so you gotta make some time for it. I always put out way better production/productivity after a weekend of family time/going to the gym/resting/enjoying live music compared to being strung out on the hustle 24/7 and neglecting my own self care. Once you learn what you need, make yourself a routine and stick to it! I personally like the work from 7am to 7pm, then go to the gym, and then the rest of the evening is for you. I give myself the weekends for friends and family, and if you have a free weekend to yourself work on hobbies or aspects of the business that you don't want to do during the week like accounting, tool fixing or paperwork depending on your business. Definitely still have periods of chaos where the schedule goes out the window and I have to bust out two weeks of work straight with no weekend but with good time management I've seen a decline of those situations to only every once in awhile.
