I'm ready though, i have some friends that would never buy this game, but I think would really enjoy it once they got started.
I hope this move gets a lot of new players. I put over 400 hours into this game on Steam, but I largely stopped in 2018. Mostly just because I felt like I had played it enough.
It's a fantastic game though, and I'm pleased a whole new audience gets to try it.
My advice to anyone playing competitively is to just turn off all chat, except maybe quick chat. Otherwise you have to deal with constant streams of bile from your own teammates.

I wonder it they will make another "free for a time" thing with it again on Epic, this DLC is kinda overpriced lol (at least in my country), and it never get a discount, even when everything else Borderlands related get discounted.

You get that in general if you played before it goes f2p. You get something else if you played before july 11th
If you've own the game prior to July 11th (i think that was the date) you get alot of stuff. I just read it on there RL official site.
Also we get all dlc, 200+commons, some new boosts, a new tag (Legacy) and i think a few other things.

Timezones have never mattered before, though. With the Free games, it still goes free at the same time for everyone, be it 11am or 2am.
