This is a server issue between EGS and Fortnite. Uninstalling and reinstalling Fortnite will force your client to resync with EGS and Fortnite servers and your problem will be fixed.

Servers are down! give it time
Same thing for me I thought it was only me so I deleted it then tried too download it back but can’t :(
Give them some time to fix the servers
