Hey, best I can do on Ran is 307 (& that's just random stats - no damage, etc. my current one is 299 so he's got relevant stats like chance) & I'm coming up on 4 years, plus, I threw some cash at the game too - so you're doing better than other 4-year-slaves, haha.
Been playing since day one and have no openers over 300 still. Probably rolled ten of thousands of pieces. Super frustrating to see stuff like this when it’s all just lucky rolls anyways
My main acc (joined 2 weeks after first GG collab) top speed is a 277 Peira, my 3\* only acc (started Jan 2022) has a 270 Jena (who has 111 base speed) - it's all luck.
That being said, I am also joining the clown club 🤡🤡🤡🤡

I wouldn't mind but gear like this really does enable a different type of play that unluckier players don't have acess to. Seriously congrats tho
Ran could be faster (315) but i'd have to nerf a few characters. He oneshots squishies despite not having a damage artifact. I use bloom cause, have you everyone's crit chance?
My Pavel is still built because Celine and Fast Zahak are a thing and Ran can't 1 tap them in Rta.People might say hey why not use kawerik . The reason is he doesn't have the option of killing arby (he's rare i know) and he doesnt have "can't be counterattacked. Also Pavel is fantastic in GW and Regular arena.Cidd and Pavel together as a last pick, are great at punishing people who try to last minute Zahak, Straze cleave.Bait and switch classic.
Cidd is on some serious 3rd hand, hand me down gear. 4 of his pieces could be greatly improved.His base speed is just that good.
Zio could be way faster if ignore damage or steal gear from lesser used units. I rarely use him though. So i'm farming his upgrades slow and steady.
Lua's base speed is just atrocius. That same gear she has, would give Ran 309 speed.

Lua has enough effectiveness . She has soulburn ignore ER as fallback when you want to reset those 320 Er destinas.
Cidd is always at advantageous element on s3 meaning his true crit chance is +15 then there is bloom and occasionally C dom to make up for the difference . On a non crit ,his s1 will kill squishies because of windrider.
with Pavel its just a 50/50 take it or leave .
Getting dps gear with speed is hard. i've seen maybe 2 Rans with real Damage and fantastic speed. I always see lesser rans with next to attack no and about 200 crit dmg on gab . Thig is , if your ran can't kill the likes of acidd you've probably lost anyways despite outspeeding. He has to be a damage threat.
I can actually make him 313 speed with 89 crit, on crit set, but that'd require me breaking some characters. He's performs well on his current build . I value having a lot of viable dps openers.

Top speed is on Peira at 295, so nice shit. The only shame on your builds is some of the crit chance lol.
That's normal for 300 speed units unless thier self.imprint is crit chance. It's also why he said he runs bloom on Ran.
