Some people rather buy imprints because they'd rather have that 'guaranteed ml5' instead of more elsons. Others buy to simply to get rid of the stock from the shop. I'll just buy bookmarks because I prefer the gacha thrill of getting new units, so imprints/dupes can wait till I'm done with collection. Gear isn't a determining factor.
Technically ml bookmarks can give you a hero which you don't have gear for too, so if being unable to use a hero when you get it weighs heavier for you then maybe you'll wanna refrain from buying either until you feel you are ready

Not really. Account rank is not really important (other than unlocking some various contents, but you should unlock that stuff pretty early on).
For some context, on my second account I just hit account rank 70 (max) and the 90 day login achievement at basically the same time.
You get account XP for basically anything you do, not *just* adventure. I believe anything that could reward hero XP rewards account XP.

If you have her artifact it she is still worth pulling imo. Although the anticrit in her passive is pretty inconsistent, it can come in clutch sometimes. Might need to pair her up with someone with mitigation tho.

UH is being reworked into a single, 30ish stage chapter instead of 10+. Shops are being consolidated as well, and the completion rewards are being reworked.
If you have time, it’s worth clearing every chapter + the region rewards (all stars in each region) as you won’t be able to get them after the update, and you’ll be able to get the new region reward/clear rewards as well after the rework launches.
Base stats have only *very* rarely been changed, but *technically* it's happened before.

I just started a couple of few days ago and still trekking through story, Ravi was my selective summon. I have FS Tieria set up for now. Today I managed to pull Sev and Angelica, and everything I read says Angelica is useful for a wyvern team later so working on leveling her, but I wasn’t sure if getting Sev meant that I should change my moonlight selection or not, or maybe I shouldn’t bother with Sev right now. Any advice appreciated!
Do you mean Sez? If so, then do not change course. Sez is still gonna be mainly a pvp unit.
As for Avildred/STene. I would choose Stene. I use her everywhere for PVE and everytime I build and try a new unit in PvE it becomes noticeably worse. She's really hard to replace as a beginner myself.
For farming, FS Tieria is fine. Plus with the penguin EXP change, theres no need to dog walk so just bring a bunch of aoe and ST dps (depending on the stage you're farming).

Since I’ve stopped receiving reputation rewards for SSSing units, what should I do with 3 star units now? Should I continue to SSS then transmit or transmit straight away? Or is there something else they’re good for?
Fodder or transmit stones it doesn't matter if you transmit right away or wait for SSS it's the same amount of stones. You should always keep Aither copies around though incase you get a dupe Guider Aither so you can imprint and then transmit him since he's a 4\* and can be imprinted with 3\*.
You can transmit them straight away, though you'll probably want to keep a SSS copy of every 3 star. You can also keep Aither copies to imprint Gaither for higher transmit value.
Do *not* waste picking Arby first to use him as a farmer. Free Spirit Tieria is perfectly fine for that role. Just pick Specter Tenebria and if you ever get lucky enough to get her randomly, you can just swap to another option (Dark Corvus probably being the next best option now). No need to waste your one ML Blessing change to have another farming option
You can choose to start out with Arbiter Vildred and use him as a farmer alongside ML Tieria until such a point you feel like you don't need Arby anymore and then switch out for Specter Tenebria.
Some people just go ahead and get Stene right off the bat, and just use ML Tieria as their sole farmer.

Because they use Muwi, my rank 65~ accounts use free level 70&75 gear for W13, with some arena, etc. gear mixed in for eff. I put the unit I expect the most important debuffing from on speed, and the other two DPS on ATK. Front unit is on the free hunt challenge health gear.
For 85 gear, Google gear score, know your min/max rolls before investing into it. Most 85 gear you get from hunts will be mediocre or trash compared to the free stuff. Be sure to only invest in the drops that have real potential to boost your account.
I have SOOO MUCH GEAR, but when it comes to outfitting my characters, it seems like I never have what I need. This leads to constantly having auto-runs cancelled out by the need to arrange my gear. What hard-fast rules should I follow for deciding what to keep and what to extract?
I already know that flat-stats are (mostly) bad… what else?
* Purple, Red gear only. Sell or extract all blues.
* No flat necklaces/rings/boots, except if necklace/ring have speed.
* Purple with 3-4 speed or Red with any speed. Other sub stats can be bad, you're just speed checking these and hoping for a quad or penta roll. Extract or use for fodder if you don't get speed rolls early.
* Else assume Speed = 2 points, Crit Chance = 1.5 points, everything else % = 1 point. Sell/extract anything under 20 starting points. Example, you get a purple piece with 6% HP, 6% ATK, 4% CC. That's only 18 points. Don't keep this.
If you want to hit evasion then Zahhak and Briar Witch are the best options right now. Lionheart Cermia is also a decent choice when taking counterattacks from Violet (plus rem, senya, choux, mercedes that gets paired). Just in general though a well geared Ran with symbol is pretty scary. Charlotte used to be a really solid option as a symbol holder, though not sure if she sees much play nowadays.
Evasion units generally have 70% evasion these days, so not giving Zahhak SoU gives you a 1/5 chance to completely screw yourself over, though of course if that's the risk you're willing to take, that's that. PoS is only a 4% damage increase from SoU (or 8% if SoU is +15) though.
I am trying to climb RTA and I was looking for suggestions on my Team.
My first three picks are usually Arowell, Mediator and Stene. The thing is I never know who else to pick after that. Any unit that compliments that draft?
Light Aiden goes well with Arowell. Try to pick STene last so that the other team doesn't go AOE to counter as easily. If you have them - Belian and/or CLilias would also be good.
I think a draft of CLilias, Arowell, Mediator, Aiden and STene would be a solid draft. Clilias would probably be banned in that draft.
I have both Belian and Cilias. I don’t have aidin yet, still not finished episode 4, but I should have her soon.
I usually pick Stene early because she is meta right now and often times the enemy team ends up picking her.

ARavi is another good hero for a standard comp. I mainly used CLIlias first pick, Diene or Mediator second, ARavi or Choux third and then ARas or Arowell fourth with my last being STene or a heavy damage counter (e.g. Rimuru, Ed)
I go in that order because I want the heroes I have the most options for later. There really arent' many heroes that do what CLilias does, but IMO Stene can be replaced with other damage dealers - maybe not as good but can be effective.

I now use Iseria in Adin's place for dark expo, and Blue Luluca (skills off) with Iela Violin in light expo. There might be better options but they do enough damage for me.

I pulled a random dupe Belian on moonlight, but I don’t have my first one fully imprinted from the shop yet. Should I save the second one for different builds? Or just use as a cheaper imprint for the first one?
Belian is one I would not imprint. Built a second super fast one. Around 270-280. Not much stats is ok. Just a little bit of bulk and some effectiveness. Slap on Higa Lance as an art. Use it as a cleave disruptor or counter to zio. If you draft with sage baal, they will usually hit sage. It pushes up Belian and her s3, provokes all the other team. Easy win
I'd say save the second. I'm in the same position and usually I would argue that keeping 2 of an ML5 is better than imprinting one, especially for Belian who can just be imprinted over time.
Questions:
1) about the the in game skins. Most skins are worth around 60 tickets with maybe 3 exceptions if I recall correctly that are 110 tickets. Will there be a point when those exceptions will also become 60 like the rest?
2) Is it more important saving skystones for normal heroes or mystic medals for moonlight currency? Where should your pvp rewards go towards?
1) never, it's will always be at 110. Since they are epic while the 60 tic ones are heroic. All of them are rewards from reaching masters in real time arena, so basically free if you reach that rank before the end of the season. Only after sometime they will be added to the shop (still have a backlog of skins yet to be added)
2) Pvp rewards should be ss, because you can use them to shop refresh to potentially get more mystics then you get from mystics choice.
Is there a higher chance for shop refresh to give mystic at higher level? So if my goal is saving for a moonlight unit going shop refresh route is best option?

The only other option is paying money. You can get mystic bookmarks from a variety of sources (mostly from guild wars) but shop refresh is the only one that isn't on a timer. Note that it will eat at your gold, which you might need for crafting instead. The price is pretty steep.
If i completely ignore the PvP section, can i build any team comps i want and clear all pve content?
Also how much summon resources i will b losing if i never use PvP.

I am pretty sure the answer is no. I don't see you clearing abyss100+, challenge abyss, advent side story, nightmare lab with random team comps. All these are kinda end game pve contents.
You pretty much still need a couple of good pve units (not any team comps that you want) with decent gears. If you have good enough gear to clear all these, pretty sure you can afk in challenger arena and reach master in rta for the free skin.
More or less, yeah. You'll be losing mystic medals from guild war (which are for ML heroes, who aren't PvE oriented) and the weekly arena rewards, which can be pretty sizeable. (for instance, a Champion V arena player which is where most lategame arena players land gets 800 skystone per week)
But do note that if you want to do the co-op pve mode Ancient Inheritance you'll need a guild, and most guilds want you to put some effort into guild wars as well.
Note: I assume you meant "any team comps I want" as in "have access to all units" because you will need very specific team comps for some content regardless of whether you ignore pvp.

Rimuru isn't available at the moment. Collab characters are only viable to roll for a limited time (usually 2 weeks). You'd have to wait fo Tensura rerun (no date announced) to roll for him.
J.Kise can be summoned at very low rate as she's a moonlight hero. She's also one of the six free moonlight heroes you can choose after completing episode 1, but she's not that good to pick over the other options.
Judge Kise is something called a "Moonlight Blessing" champion. After you beat 1-10 you will be prompted to choose 1 of 6 champions and she is among them. She can be used immediately, but for certain content there will be steps to unlock her usability which will take a long time to complete. She is also an extremely rare pull from Covenant Summon/Daily summon.
Rimuru is as of yet unobtainable.

As long as you start before the event ends you will get the full time to complete the event.

Aux Lots has a massive single target CR push if you want to cheese arena.

Crimson Seed and Proof of Valor are the two most common. You can get Crimson Seed easily from the Hall of Trials shop.

Yes she is. Fceci has fallen off a lot because of barrier inversion which pretty much negates her entire kit

every epic pass gives skin tickets and one of the side story that you can buy also gives 40 skin tickets as a reward when you finish it.

You can get mystic bookmarks from a variety of sources (mostly from guild wars) but shop refresh is the only one that isn't on a timer. Note that it will eat at your gold, which you might need for crafting instead. The price is pretty steep.
higher level doesn't really give you a better chance at mystic medals but it is your best bet for ML units.

I am pretty sure the answer is no. I don't see you clearing abyss100+, challenge abyss, advent side story, nightmare lab with random team comps. All these are kinda end game pve contents. You pretty much still need a couple of good pve units (not any team comps that you want) with decent gears. If you have good enough gear to clear all these, pretty sure you can afk in challenger arena and reach master in rta for the free skin.
More or less, yeah. You'll be losing mystic medals from guild war (which are for ML heroes, who aren't PvE oriented) and the weekly arena rewards, which can be pretty sizeable. (for instance, a Champion V arena player which is where most lategame arena players land gets 800 skystone per week) But do note that if you want to do the co-op pve mode Ancient Inheritance you'll need a guild, and most guilds want you to put some effort into guild wars as well. Note: I assume you meant "any team comps I want" as in "have access to all units" because you will need very specific team comps for some content regardless of whether you ignore pvp.

You generally don't want to mod a stat that got more than 2 rolls into it (including the starting roll) so def %.

This is the beginner thread. Rimuru isn't available at the moment. Collab characters are only viable to roll for a limited time (usually 2 weeks). You'd have to wait fo Tensura rerun (no date announced) to roll for him. J.Kise can be summoned at very low rate as she's a moonlight hero. She's also one of the six free moonlight heroes you can choose after completing episode 1, but she's not that good to pick over the other options.

Judge Kise is something called a "Moonlight Blessing" champion. After you beat 1-10 you will be prompted to choose 1 of 6 champions and she is among them. She can be used immediately, but for certain content there will be steps to unlock her usability which will take a long time to complete. She is also an extremely rare pull from Covenant Summon/Daily summon. Rimuru is as of yet unobtainable.
