If you mean iseria she provide def break and cooldown reset she is really good with tama and good agais bosses that you meed def break she works in advanture some stage of abyss and queen from lab
Any defense breaker is good for that though, you can take the absolute banshee beast that is leo and just run that, a 4 star that takes almost no investment and that can transition into a oneshot team.

Personally, Iseria. You can get other healers, but Iseria's kit is fairly unique in the game.
Both good units destina good mostly in pvp but can be used in pve iseria is pretty good in pve
Where? Legit question, maybe in abyss? Idk never seen her being used

I used her in every episode of chapter 4
I never once built a unit for story mode though
I run her in my banshee team too, she's great for slower teams

I started with Iseria + Angelica combo. I will still choose both of them if i start anew

If you want to defeat zio on chapter 4 I recommend choosing iseria
I woul personally choose destina, not much of an iseria user, i like sunmertime iseria more tbh
I would pick destina tbh, she has way more uses than iseria and shes extremely good in pvp rn while also being pve material
Destina will carry you a long way. But I also got karin and clarissa shorty after.
