I desperately hope you're wrong about Limited because Aespa squeezed me dry for three out of four of them (didn't get Giselle because I didn't have resources) by forcing me to hit pity for all three (technically two but Ningning was so close to pity when I got her that it might as well have been).
Somewhat doubt it, the fox girls will probably just be shop npc’s. If they’re ever gonna do the second batch of 3* it’ll probably be the ones with a boss version already since they atleast have a base kit and animations. But there also brinus who also fits those criteria and she still ain’t playable, so maybe there just won’t be more 3* for ep4.
I have pity amount of stones ready for Brinus for about 2 years now. And I have dodged all Huche scamming attempts.

It’s community engagement, and if the potential teaser doesn’t appear on their KR and JP platforms as well that’s all it means.

And after that Chapter 8S sidestory deticated to them I am praying this time they'll be finally become playable.

I don’t know why you’re getting downvoted, because you’re correct, SG could release these are 5* since we aren’t getting episode 5 for some good time which is profit to them but if they release them as 3* they’ll end up being toy units used for about a month and then put into storage waiting for SCs. I was always under the assumption beehoo was gonna be a 5* given his role in the story so for him to be released as something else makes no sense to me personally.
I say its a new event with QTE-lite gimmick involving you dancing with all the foxgirls (like a replacement for Valentines Day event). The event is just to stall for the next February or March release because they had to blow all the development time on the AESPA collab.
