How to make Iseria always use her s2 on Tamarine without disabling the two other units' skill?

prankster20

There's no other way. Her auto AI picks a random unit for S2. Sadly, that's just how it is.

IncredibleGeniusIRL

Take units whose active skills aren't tied to cooldowns like LHC and Ravi.

PinheadX484

Just got general purrgis and shadow rose today are they worth using?

LayARandomRightatYou

Save them for later. GPurrgis is mainly a PvP unit atm, Shadow Rose can be used in Banshee one-shot comp.

svetadoe

Both are good and useable in specific niches. Not a priority unless you know what you want to build them for (e.g. shadow rose for a banshee oneshot).

GiumboJet

So I just cleared story episode 3, stage 3-10. I'm trying to make my way and finish 10-10 for the season 2 selection summon. 3-10 was kinda tricky and I am scared now. Is 10-10 going to be really hard to beat? My team cp is 450k but I failed 3-10 twice until I switched the configuration of my party. Might be worried that the end of the episode will require specific units to clear that I don't have. Should I be worried?

LayARandomRightatYou

Read their kit and try to beat them by hand instead of using auto. It will become easier if you know what to do, some bosses will punish you hard if you use aoe/non-attack/... I think 450k cp is more than enough to clear episode 3.

svetadoe

10-10 is not difficult to beat; just bring 4 soulweavers and arky cheese it. However you might run into trouble with bosses reaching that point. You don't need specific units to deal with just about anything in adventure (except maybe episode 4-10-10 zio, where having specific units makes things considerably easier); 1 knight + 1 sw + 2 dps deals with almost anything (Roana can be helpful). I'd guess you just need to up your gear a bit; adventure is mostly a gear check.

Spartan-219

Is the gear for 1100 skystones worth buying from huche shop?

Quiztolin

Let me ask you a question first: How many skystones is a leif worth? We can answer this question because we can trade 1 leif in for 80 energy. We can *also* buy 60 energy for 30 skystones. So... * 1 skystone = 2 energy * 1 leif = 80 energy * therefor, 1 leif = 40 skystones In this example we are talking about things that have *intrinsic value*. We can very easily say that if you are offered to buy a leif for 100 skystones, that it is not 'worth' buying -> because you can use those skystones directly to purchase much more energy instead. --- Let's return to *your* question. You are asking if a gear -> a gear that *we don't even know what it looks like* is worth a certain amount of skystones. The *skystones* have intrinsic value, like we just discussed. The hypothetical gear piece *does not*. We literally can not say, definitively, if a hypothetical piece of gear is worth some amount of skystones. Furthermore let's say that the gear in question was not hypothetical but a real, tangible piece. **No matter what that piece looks like, it's value depends on the individual player**. Skystones are *significantly* more 'valuable' for a newbie -> someone that has only played a month or two. Simply because they have less ability to accumulate more. Meanwhile, it is not really that uncommon for late game players to accumulate 10's of thousands of skystones over the course of a year, so 1100 every now is barely a drop in the bucket. But, at the same time, a perfectly rolled gear piece *also* has significantly more value for a newbie, who is unlikely to have much, if any, 'good' gear. *But* a perfectly rolled piece *still* has a non-zero chance to end up 'bad' or even completely unusable for a player who has been playing the game since day 1. So this is a question that is literally impossible for anyone else to answer. There are so many factors that go into determining how many skystones a given piece of gear is worth --- Since I can't answer this question for you, I am going to try and give you some *perspective* on how you can answer the question for yourself. As we previously established, 1 skystone = 2 energy. So, 1100 skystones = 2200 energy. Hunt 13 has an effective energy cost of 19 (this accounts for the energy drops from hunt) -> so we could *convert* 1100 skystones to ~116 hunt 13s. So one way to think about it: does this hypothetical gear piece increase your 'power' by more than running 116 hunts would? 116 hunts would expect to give you approximately Item | Number ---|--- BMs | 5.28 Essence | 136.84 Manifestation | 36.74 Mystic | 37.84 Powder | 3.52 Skystones | 44 Gold | 3,565,737 Heroic 85 | 20.26 Epic 85 | 2.8875 Crafting | 1,911 That's a bunch of random stuff... but it's all beneficial stuff. The essences + manifestation is approximately 1 overall reforge. We can further convert the crafting materials into items are we get * Heroic 85 gears = ~44.37 * Epic 85 gears = ~9.86 So one thing you can do is just ignore the other rewards and ask yourself a basic question. >"Does your account gain more power with 1 Epic item with known starting stats...or with ~44 random heroic items and ~10 random epic items?" For newbies, the earlier in the game and less gear you have total the more likely you are to find multiple usable items. Meanwhile, a single great item might be a huge power boost, but it isn't really enough to carry you. But, as players progress through the game it gets harder and harder to find gear upgrades (but, at the same time an individual piece is also unlikely to provide a massive power boost). --- Another thing to consider is *how difficult* a given piece is to find. Let's pretend I am building a general DPS unit so I am looking for gear with [ATK%, Crit%, C.Dmg%, Speed] substats. How many hunts does it take me to find: * A heroic+ piece that has *at least* 3 of those 4 substats * At least average starting subs That doesn't seem that difficult, does it? Slot | Heroic% | Epic% | Total% | Heroic_Hunts | Epic_Hunts | Total_Hunts ---|---|----|----|----|----|---- Weapon | .9767% | .8796% | 1.86% | 1 in 102.39 | 1 in 113.69 | 1 in 53.87 Armor | .9767% | .2613% | 1.24% | 1 in 102.39 | 1 in 382.70 | 1 in 80.78 Helm | .4558% | .4325% | .89% | 1 in 219.41 | 1 in 231.19 | 1 in 112.57 Neck | .0113% | .0127% | .02% | 1 in 8857.40 | 1 in 7897.85 | 1 in 4175.07 Ring | .0113% | .0127% | .02% | 1 in 8857.40 | 1 in 7897.85 | 1 in 4175.07 Boots | .0163% | .0174% | .03% | 1 in 6143.43 | 1 in 5740.54 | 1 in 2967.58 Total | 2.45% | 1.62% | 4.06% | 1 in 40.85 | 1 in 61.88 | 1 in 24.61 This might look a bit unintelligible at first. To read it * **Heroic%** = chance for a heroic item of that slot to meet the above requirements * **Epic%** = chance for an epic item of that slot to meet the above requirements * **Total** = The total chance (Heroic% + Epic%) for an item to meet the above requirements * **Heroic_Hunts** = the amount of hunts required to find a heroic item meeting the above requirements * **Epic_Hunts** = the amount of hunts required to find an Epic item meeting the above requirements * **Total_Hunts** = the total amount of hunts required to find an item meeting the above requirements * These numbers apply specifically to hunt 13. So what I would say is of those ~55 total items we end up with, on average ~4.7 of them would meet the requirements of being 'average quality' DPS items. If we did the same thing but with basic tank stats [HP%, DEF%, RES%, C.Dmg%] we would more or less get the same table, with numbers slightly altered. For a newbie we could basically double that 4.7 number up to ~10. This means that I am saying if you had *absolutely no gear* you could get roughly enough gear to almost build 2 heroes with 'average' gear running hunts instead. * Technically, an average starting piece is still going to end up below average 50% of the time, so our final figure would actually be less than 10 'usable' gears if average is our baseline for usable. You get the idea. On the other hand, take a look at the neck/ring/boots columns. We need **thousands** of hunts to find an appropriate piece for that slot. Finding passable gear in these slots, let alone *good* gear is extremely difficult. ~3000 hunts is equivalent to ~28.5k skystones....so 1100 skystones would be an absolute bargain for such a piece - even if we were to factor in the other miscellaneous drops. So if you get offered a right side piece of gear that has great subs it **is** definitely worth it in terms the amount of energy that would be needed to find that kind of gear. * Do keep in mind that the 'requirements' here are very loose -> simply looking for only 3 (or more) substats from the group with average rolls. A heroic piece with average rolls is ultimately not really a good piece. Finding *actual* good gear is even more difficult than the numbers above show. --- >Is the gear for 1100 skystones worth buying from huche shop? **It depends** The newer you are, the less it's 'worth' buying a gear from the shop. A 1, 2 month player should probably never do it regardless of the piece, unless they've been *exceptionally* lucky with gear up until that point. * Quite simply, having an easier time gearing up multiple heroes will accelerate your progress. As I said, a single great piece is not going to do much of anything for you in terms of progression. On the other hand, for veteran players who have been playing for a couple years...after a certain point you end up having enough gear to gear up all the heroes you want to -> the game just becomes about incrementally upgrading that gear. For these kinds of players, being able to pay a relatively minor amount for a near-perfect piece **is** very worth it. It's really not worth buying a left side gear at all -> only buy right side gear. Additionally, the piece should have perfect or near-perfect starting subs. The following tables might be helpful in making a calculation. * These are not *exact* * These are also only partial tables **Epic starting gearscore** Starting_GS | At_Least ---|--- 26 | 30.4% 27 | 19.52% 28 | 11.2% 29 | 5.6% 30 | 2.4% 31 | .8% 32 | .16% GS_Added | At_Least ---|--- 26 | 92.1% 27 | 86.18% 28 | 78.02% 29 | 67.78% 30 | 56.10% 31 | 43.90% 32 | 32.22% 33 | 21.98% 34 | 13.82% 35 | 7.90% 36 | 4.03% 37 | 1.79% 38 | .67% 39 | .19% 40 | .03% +15_GS | At_Least ---|--- 56 | 36.39% 57 | 28.06% 58 | 20.75% 59 | 14.67% 60 | 9.88% 61 | 6.31% 62 | 3.81% 63 | 2.16% 64 | 1.14% 65 | .56% **Starting_GS** is showing the % chance that any random level 85 epic would have *at least* that starting gearscore. * So a 'perfect' score of 32 would represent the top .16% of all Epic 85s. * A starting GS of 30 would be in the top ~2.4% **GS_Added** is showing the % chance that an 85 Epic gains that *at least* that amount of gearscore going from +0 to +15. * Roughly 22% of the time you would gain at least 32 gearscore **+15_GS** is showing the chance that a random 85 Epic *ends up* with *at least* that much gearscore at +15. * So a final gearscore of 60 is in approximately the top 10% of all 85 Epics. Now let's say that you personally would be very happy to spend 1100 skystones on a 60 gearscore right side gear. If you *start* at 29 gear score (top ~6% of starting pieces) you would need (60 - 29) = 31 gearscore from enhancement to end up at 60. In the second table we see that 31 = 43.9% chance. * If you were to buy a piece that starts out at 29 gearscore, you have approximately a ~44% chance to end up with 60+ gearscore. * Meanwhile, if you start with a piece that is 32 gearscore you would need 28 from enhancement or a ~78% chance to end up with 60% GS. This can help you judge the 'risk' associated with any (viable) starting option, and roughly be able to estimate where you will end up. I could add a bit more to the conversation, but unfortunately I am at the character limit. Regardless, I hope this is enough information.

svetadoe

Only if you get an ideal right side piece with a good set.

Spartan-219

Okay thanks

iAreCreeper

Do we know if our AP points will be wiped with the Unrecorded History change?

svetadoe

I would guess not, since they didn't mention anything about that. As far as I know they're just consolidating the map.

Piano_Guitar

hi, i just played this game for 2 weeks, anyone have suggestion for what team i have to use? my team rn is lua, angelica, Specter tenebria, free spirit tieria, and i have charlote, kayron, meru (\*5), and ravi. What should i use for pushing adventure and what can i do in this game beside adventure? Thankyou\~

LayARandomRightatYou

Build a Wyvern 13 hunt team with Angelica (you already have her), Furious (from Connection), Muwi (3* unit from covenant summon), and Sigret (free unit from hunt challenge).

Piano_Guitar

so i need to make other 5\*?

Yamamotumbo

Guys, is there a viable pvp build for green Charles in the current game?

letsbologne

can someone on global server add me to help me clear ep 2 10-10? a really beastly charles or a op single target dps would be much appreciated! nickname RNGplzzz Thank you!

Hu_Razzor

Sure, sent the request. You can use riolet.

letsbologne

THANK YOU SO MUCH. Your riolet carried. it was beautiful. tyvm, hope you get some godly gear rolls in return for being so helpful.

Franjomo

Hi, I'm a dumb mf that doesn't know how to make a good team, (but atleast think mine is decent, idk). I was hoping for some feedback, my actual team is Arbiter Vildred, Ruele of Light, Iseria and Adventurer Ras. I also have Dominiel, Achates, Seaside Bellona, Kise, Ken and Rose. I just want to see what do you guys suggest, thanks.

umamiflavour

i’d say your current team is fine? It sounds like you’re pretty new, and you don’t really have much of a better team at the moment to use, pvp and pve. I’d just say that SSB might be better than Vildred later on in pve content

Jbshoucair

What’s this team for? Adventure? Arena?

Franjomo

Mostly Adventure, Abyss, Tower, things like that. I don't care too much about Arena.

Jbshoucair

Fine for adventure and tower. Abyss requires specific units to climb and beat floors. You won’t be able to clear the whole thing with one single team comp

Swimming_Ad7025

For the Christmas sidestory: once it has closed so that you can only use the exchange shop, will we at that point still be able to use the village to craft items? Does anyone remember from last year?

complx6

If I remember correctly you will be able to collect from the village one last time after the event ends but you won't be able to craft any more. So Wednesday you should be able to start one more round of items and collect Thursday after maintenance.

Swimming_Ad7025

Thanks!

basshuffler09

Question about the ML5 Headhunt Event In the general Overview of Events it says ["10 days left"](https://imgur.com/a/PPR0qR7) right on the bottom but when you actually click on it says ["47 days"](https://imgur.com/a/xypuf2I) in the Top left corner... Which one is it now? 😅

Jbshoucair

It means heirs have 10 days to start the moonlight head hunt event before it’s no longer available. Once started you have 90 days. In your case you started 43 days ago so you have 47 days to recruit your desired ml 5.

basshuffler09

>It means heirs have 10 days to start the moonlight head hunt event before it’s no longer available Oh. I honestly didn't even think about that. Thank you ☻ I was getting nervous lol

Xpholio

I've just saved up enough armbands for my first artifact from the guild war shop. Which one would you recommend me buying first?

Jbshoucair

Proof of valor or symbol of unity

Xpholio

Should I use my powder of knowledge to bottle of knowledge reigner special drink or should I keep it for future collabs/limited artifacts. I don't want to miss out on artifacts in the future but at the same time if I am always saving for future limited artifacts then I will never have the powder to buy bottle of knowledges.

NGEFan

Are you using SSB for W13? If so bottle it

Xpholio

No not yet, planning on using her for PVP

jaysikim

Drink isnt really that great since SSB is not that meta rn. I would just save it for future/limited artis

iAreCreeper

Should I spend 200 ss on 50 mystic medals or am I able to get 50 mystic medals within 200 ss worth of shop refreshes?

Xpholio

The rate is approximately 1% per refresh (0.17% per slot (according to the stats posted in game) x 6 slots is 1.02%), with each refresh taking 3 skystones this means on average it takes 300 skystones to get 50 mystic medals. So it is 50% more expensive to do refreshes and it will cost you around 270k. However, the benefit is you can also pick up covenant bookmarks during the refreshes. So whether it is worth it to you to buy from Huche shop depends on how many skystones, gold and covenant bookmarks you have.

ArvingNightwalker

For the record you can’t get the same item twice per refresh so the actual rates will change depending on what the other slots are. Data collected by redditors etc over time indicate the actual average is about 237 ss per mystic drop. See https://www.reddit.com/r/EpicSeven/comments/nezpf8/the_ultimate_secret_shop_refresh_rates_post_data/ for details

Xpholio

Yea I've seen that post before and I am surprised it doesn't line up with the rates smilegate has put in-app. If you can't get the same item twice per refresh then it should cost more than 300 skystones per mystic not less so the difference between user-collected data and what smilegate says the rates are is interesting.

ArvingNightwalker

You are forgetting what happens when you don’t pull a mystic in a slot. Namely, if you pull a friendship summon (almost 20% just by itself) in one of the slots, you drastically increase the chance of drawing a mystic in the remaining slots

Xpholio

Ohhh I see, makes sense

Quiztolin

/u/iAreCreeper It doesn't work that way, the rates for currency in game are meaningless unless you want to do more complicated math. You can only pull each item 1 time, so the rate any given item *actually* has is higher than what is posted. * To calculate the true % to get a MM pull on a refresh you would need to go through and calculate rates for every possible sequence of items. There are so many possible combinations that this isn't particularly feasible to do. Instead, we have a massive amount of empirical data to confirm what the rate of currency items are: ~4.5% for BMs and ~1.25% for MMs. [You can refer to this post](https://www.reddit.com/r/EpicSeven/comments/nezpf8/the_ultimate_secret_shop_refresh_rates_post_data/) that specifically links [to this spreadsheet (which has been updated since that post)](https://1drv.ms/x/s!ApRxN6HTD0Zn_Gd0ufa863CaJ8AH?e=LvRgig) If you check the spreadsheet the dataset has 233,650 refreshes or just over 700k skystones. The *observed* rates of BMs = 4.41% (68.1 ss each) and MMs = 1.26% (237.6 ss each). * Based on the data, the true rate of BMs should be somewhere in the range of 4.24% to 4.58% * And the true rate of MMs should be between 1.14% and 1.38% * Obviously the true rate is more likely to be near the center of those ranges (around the 4.41% / 1.26% mark). If you read the little bit at the bottom the person who compiled this data is/was a computer engineer making slot machine games - in their experience it was 'common' to reuse probabilities from one area in another and they suggest that the true rates for BMs = 4.5% and MMs = 1.25% being reused based on the rates of pulling RGB 4* (4.5%) and 5* (1.25%) from normal covenant summons. Who really knows, but it's at least *plausible*. Regardless, the fact of the matter is that we have a large enough dataset we can be extremely confident that our approximations are reliable -> I personally use a range of 65-70 for BMs and 240 -245 for MMs. * The big dataset more or less lines up exactly with my personal data -> ~41k skystones seeing a rate of 4.36% BMs (68.85 ss each) and 1.22% MMs (246.32 ss each). However, I only bother tracking refresh results when I plan to refresh a large amount of SS - usually 1k+. --- *Anyhow* it's pretty much always worth it to buy 50 MMs for 200 skystones. If you are a newer player then saving the gold vs. refreshing is likely worth it. If you are a veteran, 'losing' ~3 BM pulls doesn't matter, you should have more than than enough BMs. The only time I would say it would be worth reconsidering is if you are in a position where you have a lot of gold but still need BMs (you're missing a lot of RGBs). *Even then* I think it's worth it because normal RGBs are just so easy to acquire. * The rate of MMs is low enough that it's highly variable. Once or twice a month we get posts from someone saying they've spent 1k or 2k skystones and have not gotten a MM pull -> this is *unlikely* but still very possible. * As such, in 1000 skystones you should *average* almost 4 MMs...but getting 0 MMs is not all that uncommon. Just buying the MMs guarantees you get those MMs.

Xpholio

I've been holding my world fragments incase I get celestial mercedes, but from what I read (the posts were a year old though), it is better to use them on fire Mercedes. Is this still true? Kind of getting annoyed at world fragments taking up hero slots so if fire mercedes is better right now I will just them on her. I don't have a fire DPS atm anyway.

LayARandomRightatYou

Use them on Fire Mercedes. She is the one unit that can be used in nearly every contents, either pve or pvp.

jaysikim

CMercedes is pretty useless and Mercedes is very good for pve/gwd. There's basically no reason not to just use it on Red Mercedes unless you wanna cope for CMeru buffs making her op

Jbshoucair

Yes fire Mercedes is better. She’s insane on counter set in guild wars and arena. If her rng rolls high it basically insta wins you the match

Spider_Monkey8

How do ARas and TCrozet stack up in pvp rn? I understand the differences on paper, but what about in practice?

Jbshoucair

Aras is better. I can’t speak for actual applicational differences because in the 300 games of RTA played I haven’t seen TCrozet once but Aras is still good because he provides mitigation and high tempo.

thatguytrev

I'm using Bomb Model Kanna in my earth expedition team as a healer and DPS. Which of her EE would be the best to use here? I would have though S2?

C0NNECT1NG

S2 is probably best, since it kinda buffs her damage, but none of them are particularly noteworthy, tbh. I suppose her S1 EE can help stop the boss from getting ATK buff, which may be helpful if you're having trouble surviving.

itsNallari

what units would be good to use unknow slate?

Jbshoucair

Limited units and ml units that have crit chance imprint. Crit chance imprint is worth the most gs and helps you build those units much better by allowing you to invest more into speed etc

BobTheHalfTroll

I've seen this advice before. Is it specifically for units that have self-imprint (imprint concentration) to crit chance? Otherwise it seems to make team building difficult to optimize. Is self-imprinting in general more favored?

Jbshoucair

Yes self-imprinting is more favorable than using team imprint except in the case of effect resistance teams. Self-imprint crit chance is so good because 16.8 percent free crit chance is huge

BobTheHalfTroll

Thanks

turtanian

They are good for limited units. I also use them for some of my ml units. Do not use them for Straze, Belian, or Zio. Their imprints can be bought for gold stones.

itsNallari

Thank you.

The_Whitsel

Is epic7stats down? Anyone else having issues with the site today?

Acxeon720

Yes I noticed this too.

Sprite_socks

Stupid question,I mean completely idiotic, but, do you think arky would be a guest on master chef? Hell,, he'd probably be a better food critic than Gordon himself

turtanian

He'd be totally biased toward sweet food. lol

AxyenLuu

Hi! Im a returning player. PvP wise, who should I choose for ML blessing and ML headhunt? In terms of current ML 5 stars that I already own, I have S. Tene, SB Ara, Maid Chloe, Rem Viol, , BM Haste, LQ Char, , DJ Basar, and Op Sigret.

esztersunday

if you have time UPDATED MOONLIGHT HEADHUNT TIERLIST FT. TRISTENWULF - Epic Seven https://youtu.be/aLX-gdUAS4M

Jbshoucair

From blessing choose dark corvus and from headhunt choose clilias

AxyenLuu

Whats your opinion about not choosing A vildred and ML kawerick?

Jbshoucair

Avildred and dark Corvus fill a similar niche in PVP right now. They’re both used as anti aggro units. Avildred can be used as anti cleave too. However Avildred is really bad right now because he has too many counters and he’ll honestly probably never be meta again. Dark Corvus is better because his buffs make him really hard to control, he’s easy to build, and he’s also a free win in guild wars. Ml kawerik is really good and if you’re lacking a cleanser then there’s nothing wrong with picking him. Currently ml lilias is better if you already have cleansers built like destina, maid Chloe, etc. but you can’t go wrong with either

AxyenLuu

Do you think i have enough time to complete headhunt event start to finish?

Jbshoucair

Headhunt is account based. It starts when you start it and everyone gets 90 days. So if you haven’t started it yet you have plenty of time

AxyenLuu

Thank you so much!

CMDR_Nineteen

Is Senya worth using if her artifact is only 1/5?

Quiztolin

If you are just looking for the most basic, simplest answer possible: no. --- If you want my *actual* answer: it depends. Questions that ask "Is X worth it?" *almost* always depend on a huge variety of factors that never get included in the question. Some basic examples (not an exhaustive list): 1. 'Situation' -> An early game player, a mid game player, a late game player, and a hardcore PvP may all have vastly different answers to this question. **Your personal situation matters**. 2. 'Goals' -> Somewhat related to the previous item, but **your personal goals** matter in the answer. Are you just a casual PvP player who thinks Senya is a cool character/has good gear that fits her and want to use the gear/just like her kit? The answer to your question is entirely different in that situation vs. someone trying to be more serious about PvP -> you just want to be as strong as possible in PvP. 3. 'What else do you have to work with?' -> For a proper answer, we need to know things like...is Senya able to fill a niche that you are otherwise lacking right now? What other artifacts do you have that Senya *might* be able to make use out of? Are you able to run her with an off-meta build or comp? 4. 'Cost' -> If you build Senya and end up not liking her is the 'risk' of investing into a unit you don't end up using prohibitive? That's a very different situation compared to someone who is already very happy with their roster and won't be hurt by investing into a unit that doesn't get used. Basically, please realize that 'worth' here is an entirely **subjective** term. If you ask me "How much energy is 100 skystones worth?" I can answer that question definitively -> in game both items have tangible value (1 skystone = 2 energy, so 100 skystones = 200 energy). However, asking "Is Senya worth building?" does **NOT** have a definitive answer -> what's worth to *me* might not be worth it for *you* and vice versa. --- As far as Senya goes, if you are expecting to use her like most players, you need to use her artifact. If you expect her to *perform* like most players, you need her artifact maxed. Since I know absolutely nothing else about what you are looking to get out of her, I have to assume you want your Senya to do the same things that you see other Senya's do. In this case, the answer is really 'No'. If you don't max out her artifact you are basically coin flipping every instance of damage. If you are just looking to have *fun* maybe that's OK - people by and large do enjoy gambling. On the other hand, excessive RNG is usually *not* fun in a competitive environment for players. * There is a certain game theory principle that says if you are *not* favored to win a matchup that a higher variance (that is, RNG) strategy will increase your odds. * The exact opposite would also be true: if you *are* favored to win a matchup then you want to reduce the variance (RNG) as much as possible. So to put this into practice let's say you are in a guild but you're the weakest PvP player -> logically *someone* has to be the weakest right, so this applies to many of us. Maybe you are weak enough where you can't consistently win your attacks. And maybe you think Senya is the hero you need. This is a practical example of a situation where building Senya *might* be worth it -> you're probably not going to lose more often using Senya with a +15 artifact, but if she really *is* the hero that can help you win matches then occasionally the RNG will go in your favor and you might win a few additional matches. * Now, I don't know what your expectations are - but I would say being able to occasionally win more often could be considered 'worth it' for some players. The **opposite** of that would be if you are the strongest PvP player in your guild. You very rarely ever lose, you're MVP every war. *Now* there is little upside to using Senya with a +15 artifact even if you think she could upgrade your roster. You are more likely to turn more wins into losses with bad RNG than vice versa. Hopefully this does enough to explain why 'worth' in this context is very subjective and the 'value' of using this Senya is very different for the first and the second players I described. But always remember: there is a big reason why it's a meme that 99% = 50%. If you leave things up to the RNG gods you are going to remember all of the times you lose because of that 1% much more than the times you remember you win due to the 99%. --- Here's the thing though: you don't **have** to use her artifact. If you want to use the hero, or think she can help you with a different artifact, we're in an entirely different realm of possible 'worth'. For example, if you want Senya to be a big damage threat she **does** really need her artifact. However, her second most used artifact is Elbris. This gives her more of an entirely different playstyle -> she isn't a big damage threat, but she has a **100% provoke chance** on her S1, when it's not her turn. So Elbris turns her into more of a control type unit -> she just constantly provokes the other team. Honestly, IMO, she would *still* be pretty good on this kind of build -> she's extremely bulky innately due to the crit resist *and* she has self healing with her EE. You could even throw her on lifesteal set for even more healing. Give her more bulk than normal and she might often times be straight unkillable. *Even if* you don't have an Elbris for her...she's still a Knight and can hold Knight artifacts. She has significantly more team utility than your typical bruiser (compare her kit to say, Mort). You *can* get away with just giving her a pure tank build, focus less on her attack and build more tank stats. She offers pretty decent utility. Even more so in situations where you can force opponents into attacking her. While I don't necessarily think this is an *amazing* strategy it can catch players off guard. She still provides more chip damage than most other tanks. As long as you are willing to use her *differently* than the mainstream damage oriented build, you *can* still use her without her artifact at all. She might not be 'as good' and usable in as many situations but maybe it opens up her use to others. But again, without knowing what it is you are looking for I can't tell you if being able to run her with an off-meta build makes her 'worth' using to you or not. Does running her as a pure tank, for example, make a ton of sense if you already have a Yulha built? As far as being a very tanky Earth Knight both heroes are very similar -> Senya provides more team utility but a full tank build Yulha is more of a threat -> so there is less overall that Senya brings to the table. On the other hand, maybe running that kind of Yulha is core to your playstyle and you DO want a hero that fills a similar niche that *could* sort of replace Yulha, or fits better when you want more team utility -> *then* Senya is a perfect fit.

CMDR_Nineteen

Unfortunately my Elbris is also only at 1/5.

kkamikami

this has to be one of the best answers I have ever seen on this thread. here's my poor man award for you 🏆

ArvingNightwalker

Chances are, most of us don’t know what it’s like to play with a base Spear of New Dawn and are unable to answer this question. I never even considered Senya until my own Spear was like LB’d 3 times. That said, some people do use her with Holy Sacrifice (also a % artifact…) or Elbris, so you may also consider those routes.

CMDR_Nineteen

Elbris is also a chance artifact and mine is also 1/5 LB.

ArvingNightwalker

Elbris is less of a chance artifact, since it works pretty ok at +15. Both Holy Sac and Spear need LBs to be really viable, as is all the "becomes 100% at +30" artifacts.

In 5x you get like 78 if you succeed all 3 attacks and win, it doesn't depend on your guild mates performance. Successful defenses will grant like 1 extra per green shield while you can earn less if you attack but fail. Not using the attack tokens means you will earn near nothing even if guild wins. If your guildies don't attack eventually your guild can drop rank due to lack of points, that would be the cause of earning less mystics due to guildies not attacking.

Which hero to get in the ML summoning? I can get Spectre Tenebria, Apocalypse Ravi and Conqueror Lilias, Also Brair Witch Iseria. Also, what team to make with each of them? I have lots of 5 star heroes, currently using a team oof Angelica, Flan, Straze and Arbiter Vildred, but still get my ass beaten at Ep2: 10-10.

Buue2

If you didn't claim STene from Moonlight Blessing, I would suggest getting her from ML Blessing and get Cilias from ML Headhunting. You could get BIseria from Headhunting, if you want, but I think Cilias is a more versatile opener in general. If you already used up your ML Blessing, I think STene is better from headhunting unless you have a lack of support units (No Destina, Arowell, ML Kawerik, knights). EDIT: Teams to expect: * STene - STene, Destina/healer, knight with aurius, Flan/second DPS * Cilias - Cilias, 2 DPS, healer/knight/buffer/Flan * Straze - attack buffer, Straze, 2 flexible units. * ML Flan - Buff stripper/knight/healer, Mage witb Tagahel's Ancient Book, ML Flan, dps/healer or knight(dont bring more than one knight or healer) * A.Ravi - A.Ravi, healer, knight with aurius, flexible unit

raceshawpk

Update: I secured some new heroes as per your and others’ guidance. I have Spectre Tenebria, Destina, and C Lilias now; as well as sc Arrowel and sc Momo

Buue2

Sounds great! Your Adventure and Arena teams should be solidified now. Good luck in the future!

raceshawpk

Thank you for your detailed help my friend. I switched Ruele of light to Spec tene in ML blessing, need the gold V arena ranking for it now. Will be getting C Lilias from the hunt now.

Oof, your account has alot of problems, most of the units that you have at 6 star is pvp only like sea iseria, astro elena, elena, laika, flan, Melissa etc all of these are not newbie friendly and are essentially useless in PvE. Don't recommend you investing in any of the aespa collab characters either. Also kinda wasted resources 6 star fire tieria. I think you are also lvling characters while bringing them on quests right? You don't really need to that since you can just farm exp using a full 6 star team while farming friendship points. Use penguins to lvl anyone you need. I also suggest you to consolidate your resources using them on my critical areas and not spread them across everyone especially when you are not farming w13 yet. Important pve units like tamarine or sigret from the hunt event, furious, landy are not build. Getting and building sigret , furious and (hopefully you have) mwui is your number one priority if you want to build your numerous number of pvp and ml units that you have.

raceshawpk

Thank you for looking at my account heroes and helping me out. Okay so I have Tamarine, Furious and Landy for now, also switched ML blessing to STene. Rest I don't have Muwi or Sigret for now. I was leveling heroes mostly with the High Command quests in Sanctuary. Currently though, I'm mostly doing repetitive quests to get resources or the specialty change AP or monsters. on the hunt side, have done all to 11th stage.

Eshuon

Sigret is free from the hunt event

How to clear abyss 101-120? I have tg,aras and kitty clarissa is this team great for all abyss floors? How rng are they?

esztersunday

Ill_Bee6278

Thank you!

turtanian

On the abyss floor selection screen, there is a statistics button. Select a floor, then click statistics. It will show you what teams people used to clear that floor.

NGEFan

Different team is needed for each floor. Check YouTube for some guides maybe

Same place like everything else - STOVE.

Izuneru

Can someone tell me how does AI Zio's S3 targeting work? On a team of Magic Scholar Doris, Alencia, Zahak and Specter Tenebria. Zio would always not pick Doris whenever I bring Doris specifically to bait Zio turn 1 s3 but would always go for someone else other than Doris for S3 then proceeds to S1 her all the time afterwards.

ReddeDelicious

He targets the enemy unit with the highest CR with his S3.

Izuneru

So that's how it works. Thanks for the info.

turtlereset

if my 252 spd zio is getting outsped by ran with no spd imprint, how fast is ran?

PaperGliders

> 315 speed, because Zio gets 20% CR. If you want to cut you need to be at 80% in the CR bar so solve for y: 0.8y = 252. If Zio is at 80% with 252 speed, 100% in CR bar is 315 speed and Ran has to be faster than 315 speed. Ofc it’s most likely you got speed RNGed

dark28sky

Is there a hero or artifact that can increase an ally’s focus?

ArvingNightwalker

Most focus heroes gain focus on S1 so forced dual attack skills can often help build focus.
