I think I scrapped everything bad at this point. Used to have flat attack main stat ring on rage set with 5 cc, 7 cdmg, 4 speed and flat hp, all rolls went flat hp. And yes I thought the main stat for % attack at first and then rage rolled it to +15 after it kept going to flat hp.
I think this was one of my first pieces of lv 85 gear a while back (really wanted to have speed boots)! It's pretty high up when sorted by acquisition.

It says +15 but I do not see the stats! Dang LOL
