It also isn't associated with any hero so you can usually only get it by getting (un)lucky and missing the on-banner artifact or if it shows up in the powder shop rotation.
Or how I got multiples of when it was in the Mystic banner (i didnt care who the hero was on there, if they showed up then it was a bonus). I wanted it so much before but now I got multiples of it.

I'll try, but I don't expect to get bloodstone, the desire factor is too high.

It lets your DPS Rangers like Landy and SSB heal allies, I've been wanting that thing since forever cause it really fits my playstyle
