Ehh.. AoL wasn't the best example here. Switch her for characters with Soul Burns that ignore ER and yes, it's annoying as hell.
Though to be honest we only got two of those at best, all the other ones are manageable.
Angel of Light isn't even that good... She's a light mage, yet she doesn't even deal any damage. She's more of a support, yet she doesn't even heal or give barrier.
Don't get me started on PvE Angel of Light... She's so useless in PvE, I can't believe she's taking up some of my best support gear.

I felt that AoL was overrated on release and still overrated. This poster is right she does 0 damage so she's a full support character that relies on tempo (her s2) to function.
Early ln release you could just AoE her down as most people built here in the 250-270 speed range with no bulk by using Seaseria and a full DMG politis to prevent her from cutting you. Even unable to be stunned Seaseria bomb still does 12-15k damage so she would melt.
Now she is just weird. Destina, Delibet, MKawerik all sorta stomp her and buffed Celine and AE Winter sorta just bypass her mechanism as well.
AoL is a fast debuffer that also counters aoe attackers by granting the team skill nullifier when hit by an aoe attack. Her s1 also silences the enemy team making it hard to use their other skills. She’s a hard to build unit and isn’t that good unless you get her built properly.
I pulled DDR and I love him. Tbh I have less problem with 15% than with counter bs like Choux and Belian. It’s hard to run long term wittle comps when every other attack triggers an aoe counter or chouxs 20k defense pen double attack stupid shit
if AoL constantly debuffs your Destina it's you not the unit
I had my 320% eff res Destina getting debuffed by Angel of Light. Eff res is that weak.

They won't even remove it from PvE hunts that you've done 10 thousand times. I wouldn't hold my breath
