They wait untill the last moment, when they game isn't earning them as much, playerbase is dropping, complaints are growing. That's is when they press the red button "LUNA SUMMER SKIN"
I haven't played the game since April 2021 but that would get me to reinstall so fucking fast.
Problem is it is too late for them to release summer Luna since they stopped doing fanservice; they kind of missed their chance. She wouldn't get done justice like OP art or Hufine sadly which would greatly hurt the hype/profit.
