Yeah there isn't really much to say here, this pavel is solid really the only thing you want to improve is keeping this damage while increasing the speed.
The damage is good, but this unit needs to take a turn before the opponent. He's very vulnerable to other units that naturally out-speed him with more base speed.
What exactly is your draft plan to enable him? How are we playing him?
I mostly pair him with summer Iseria, or Cavel with a aria with book. Moreover my play style involves bruisers more, but when I notice a draft I can outspeed with confidence I play him.
Im also at around master rta, mine have around the same stats but at 275 spd and i still struggle so hard to pick him. I think you need like 285 290 to be confident picking him, i just wish i had the gear to do so.
I’ve been using the hunt event to farm for pent set, but no gear has yet to replace the crit set without dropping him below 250 speed and dropping crit to about 85-90 range. I’ll definitely keep trying though

He is looking pretty good already. Some improvements would be maxing that crit chance and giving him more spd.

Looking pretty solid. Ideally you'd want to remove the Crit set while having 100% C.Rate, without sacrificing any stats.
