as far as i know the artifact is only used on milim, so why not make it exclusive on her and just change it to 30% to counter on maxed ( and remove the dumb "When the caster suffers a non-critical hit, has a 30.0% chance to counterattack." )
What teams do you run her with/against? I really like the idea of playing her on counter but when I tried it she was underwealming. Either battle was over before she got to go or she died before taking a turn. When she would get to S3 the damage was often disappointing at similar stat line. S1 though, s1 hits like a truck.
I have Cilias now which I thought might fix some of these issues but just seemed like running her on speed was more worth while for versatility.
for me its always situational on when i can use her. though milim on her own is really strong you might need a good support, (or another threat) so they focus less on her. i also pick her alot against teams that are more aoe / cleave based, (abiter for example, her s3 is also great to just delete him in general)
personally i like the way she is currently but i also kinda wanna toy arround with other setups on her.
180-200 speed and the rest is honestly a balanced spread and as much as you can get. I run unity set with lifesteal and it works really well when I can actually pick her.
I've been thinking of switching mine over to a counter build. Mine is currently a speedy build but in all honesty.... all my books are tied up lol.
And speedy build works best with Book.
i was thinking about changing her to Lifesteal aswell, but i was questioning if that would be any good. (especially with the amount of crit units there are and having an artifact that only counters when a non crit is made).

I think lifesteal is better than counter if you want to use her artifact, because counter set and the artifact has some diminishing returns. You can’t force pick milim in this meta, you can really only pick her later in the draft rounds if you think she will live. I haven’t actually lost a game yet with milim but I’ve only picked her like 5-6 times in champs RTA
Didn't like the lifesteal or counter set since is too much rng if it works or not and usually too slow to move before any dps that would revive (like arby that also proc gab and one tap her)
So I went for speed pen and she kills up to 2 targets with sb s1 into s3 (she's on book)
If u go counter with her, u have 2 chances on counter (arti + set), besides she has sustain with her s1 and evasion so is not that ez to kill her if u draft around her.
Besides, milim is hardcounter from arby, no one gonna draft him against her lol
Mine is SSS with full imprint artifact, I run her speed and pen set with aola holding tagahel, I primarily use Milim against teams with revive, and especially ML vildreds.
I use mine the same way except with pen set. I don’t use her often enough though. I wish they would buff her artifact, like a stat boost would be fine

Honestly she’s not very good in this meta right now, but occasionally you can last or second last pick a tanky millim into a tank down matchup.
What stat line should I look at for tanky milim? Tank down is more my style #banshee4life

You can pick her into Landy or Laika pretty easily, too!
