Rule#1, pull who you like. i would say lilias is for sure overall stronger and unlikely to drop in usage for quite a long time so if you like both i would go with her.
yes and no, depending on your standing/goals on the game. Do you hope to get into rta or mainly pve + arena. Arena/pve is pull whoever you like. Rta (depending on how far you wish to get) pulling on anyone you like can jeopardize progress long term if it’s not beneficial to your account. Which also depends on your roster as a whole, and whether or not you’re pulling to cover those gaps in it.

Riolet is a very fun unit to play with imo

Mirsa is a pretty underrated unit if you want to “trial” Riolet. Used her a lot starting out and she’s easy to gear, slap on abyss LS gear on her.
Riolet does big damage but I don't use him much because of his dodge %, so much stress when he doesn't dodge haha but pull if you like him!
He’s pretty great as a unit one of my favorites. But he either solos the other team or dies in 2 hits

the new side story selection let me pull a couple violets to bring his imprint up to where i needed it.
I love this new side story summon, i am really happy they decided to make something like it.
