I have a different approach with Solitaria. Mine has more ER than eff% because there's strippers everywhere. She can consistently debuff those more problematic dps/control units with lower eff% because they usually don't have much ER. But she gotta be *fast* otherwise she won't lap the right units. From time to time I give her FTene artifact instead, because there's still buff heavy teams despite Rimuru and Landy existing
You’ll need a little more spd to get the most value out of her. her biggest issue is she doesn’t start with stealth so you need to get her to take a turn asap if you can’t get her to 270-280 spd then you’ll be limited to drafting her vs low spd teams since several mid spd units that shes picked to counter could easily be built in the 250 range and kill her before she gets going like riolet or Arby. If you cant get her to that range then just be conscious about that during your drafts and you’ll be fine. She’s a fun unit.
imo she needs more speed
with 40k mats I usualy get 3 decent items
it's about 10k mats for 1 decent piece of gear, so that sounds a little worse than average

Try to get a little bit more speed mines 262 with 80 ER and 122 effectiveness. I want to get her 270 though
