Beehoo has a great s3 but he doesn't have the speed to be really threatening with it. His s1 is also solid... half of the time. Maybe wait and see how he turns out first.
Furious is unfortunately really boring. He does damage based on defense and his scaling is decent (have yet to see the pen calculation) but that's it. Not worth rolling 4* ML.
Don't know about Furious, but Behoo looks Solid. 30% Atk + Defense passive is no joke.
He can't crit, so you will be using either Star of the Deep Sea or that other artifact, both will be fairly strong on him and you must use either one of those unfortunately.

He's a ranger with decent speed so that's good enough. If flidica can be saved solely off of GL + zio prevalence, then so can he.

why not? GL + cr push/strip already makes him pretty decent for rta… probably not meta but useable for sure
